Our local association would like to recognize members who have:
- demonstrated leadership skills
- contributed their time and talent to support our association
- developed their skills through designations/licenses in their field
- keep up-to-date in industry knowledge by participating in BOMA's educational programs
- provided charity/community support
The award recognizes activity during the previous year rather than service rendered over many years.

Who is eligible?
Submissions must be completed online using the link below. Please provide the contact information of the nominee: Name, company, address, and phone, as well as the contact information (email address) of the person nominating the individual.

Judging
All submissions will be reviewed and scored by a panel designated by BOMA Miami-Dades TOBY Choice Event Chairs.
What needs to be submitted?
- The nominee must be a member in good standing.
- Self-nominations are accepted.
- A written description must be included in each of the following criteria:
- Accomplishments and activities participated that have furthered the individual, building operations, owner requirements, and team development. (1 – 15 points)
- Principal Members - Support BOMA members by considering and awarding Associate members with contracts and opportunities. (1 – 10 points)
- Associate Member - Support BOMA members by sponsoring and supporting BOMA activities (1-10 points)
- Leadership skills demonstrated (this must include a letter from the local association describing these skills). (1 – 10 points)
- Team support in local association. (1 – 15 points)
- Participation in our local association - Cite the specific number of local, regional or international events, education, and committee involvement. (1 – 15 points)
- Community contribution - time and impact on the local community. (1 – 15 points)
- Education (Property Managers and Engineers only)- Enrollment in the Real Property Administrator (RPA), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA), or Facility Management Administrator (FMA) program and complete at least one course. (1 - 10 points).
- Earned designations - Real Property Administrator (RPA), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) or Certified Property Management (CPM) designation. (1 - 15 points)
